How does it work?
Basically, we price our services on a sliding scale, based on the average number of children you’ve got booked in each day.
There’s not much more to it than that really.
We call it the number of ‘unique children’. This is best explained with an example. If a child is booked into Breakfast Club and After School Club on the same day, that’s counted as one ‘unique child’.
Your cost is calculated on the average number of ‘unique’ children per day, which we then average out over a month. This becomes your monthly bill.

No per site fees
Lots of our customers run their extra curricular clubs and wraparound care provision from multiple locations. Unlike many of our competitors, we don’t charge per site. We just don’t think it’s necessary.
