Card payments: Funds are available 3 business days after collection

Direct Debit payments: With an active mandate, funds are settled 3 business days after collection.

Closing your Kids Club HQ Pay account is easy. Simply send an email to hello@kidsclubhq.co.uk requesting the closure, and we’ll handle the rest.
Please note: If you close your account before completing registration and have already taken payments, you’ll need to either complete onboarding so we can release the funds to your bank account, or we can refund the transactions directly to your customers.
