Different types of bookings
Collating different types of bookings can be a headache, but not any more — manage them all through Kids Club HQ.
Contract bookings
Your main admin focus here is raising invoices – especially when changes are made from month to month. Here’s how we make this easier:
Contracts can be requested or created online You remain in control and can approve or reject any request for a contract Invoices are automatically generated and emailed out If Direct Debit has been approved, payment can be taken automatically
Ad hoc bookings
The flexibility this provides is amazing for changing work and college commitments, but can create an extra layer of complexity for you.
With Kids Club HQ, if there’s space available, sessions can be booked at the touch of a button — no email, voicemail or message.
You can set deadlines as to when bookings must be made (for example, a week in advance), and choose whether to allow cancellations.
Contract bookings with ad-hoc additions
Simply set your maximum number of spaces for each session, day or week. You can have different maximums for each club or day, and spaces can be booked and paid for instantly.
