This year marks a huge milestone for Kids Club HQ — we’re 10! What began in 2015 as a simple idea inspired by a holiday club founder Martin Judd’s daughter attended, has grown into a trusted booking and admin platform used by hundreds of breakfast, after-school, and holiday clubs across the UK.
From our home in Reading to clubs nationwide, we’ve spent the past decade working alongside schools, providers, and parents to make wraparound childcare easier to manage. And now, we’re taking a moment to celebrate.
A Thank You, In Person
To mark the occasion, we’re hosting four special customer events around the country. It’s our way of saying thank you to the incredible community that’s helped shape Kids Club HQ into what it is today.

Giving Back and Looking Ahead
As part of our 10-year celebrations, we’re proud to support the Mental Health Foundation — a UK charity focused on preventing poor mental health. We’re also continuing to invest in sector-wide events that uplift and connect the communities we serve.
One of our earliest supporters, Michael from FACE Holiday Club in Reading, shared this lovely reflection: “We are the first club for which the Kids Club HQ platform was built, and we still use this system for managing our clubs and bookings 10 years on. It has proved to be very affordable and has made life a lot easier from day one for me, my team and the parents that book with us! I’m looking forward to celebrating with Martin and his team.”
Staying Connected
We’re also continuing our monthly online meetups — Kids Club HQ Office Hours — where club organisers can connect, share ideas, and get the most out of the platform.
